Matrix Energia, one of the largest companies in the electrical sector in Brazil, has been in the market for 10 years and presents an integrated digital platform for energy solutions. In the last two years, it has revolutionized the Distributed Generation (DG) sector, offering solutions that benefit low voltage consumers, including homes, small and medium-sized companies, as well as large groups such as Burger King, Grupo Fleury and Cimed. With this, Matrix has established itself as a national reference, as it presents solutions that benefit almost 50 thousand consumers across the country.
This solution supports subscription energy platforms with the largest coverage in Brazil, ranging from Pará to Rio Grande do Sul, currently serving consumers in 20 States + Federal District. The solution enables the decentralized management of more than 300 own and third-party photovoltaic plants generating renewable solar energy, encouraging and developing different regions of the country, such as the actions of the Acender social project, which ended up impacting more than 500 people living in the regions where the plants were installed.
Matrix manages more than 800 MWp of energy that ends up, through subscription energy platforms, benefiting consumers, and there are plans to grow to 1,200MWp in 2025. In addition to disseminating sustainability concepts, the platform proposes a new and accessible way to benefit consumers through renewable and economical energy, as it ends up benefiting them with savings of 10% to 25% in energy.

In addition to the end consumer, subscription energy has an attractive profile for different businesses, attracting the attention of large players from other industries, who, as business partners, use these solutions as a way of differentiating themselves from the competition and benefiting their customers. As an example, large companies in the financial sector, such as Banco Pan, PicPay and SERASA Experian, have already included the service in their operations and enjoy the benefits presented.
“We ended 2024 with more than 800MWp managed on the subscription energy platform, and we are committed to, in 2025, increasing the offer of solutions by more than 50%, reaching 1,200MWp. The accelerated growth in the flow of projects allows us to expand our operations, and is accompanied by the active subscriber base on the subscription energy platform, expected to increase to more than 100 thousand subscribers next year. In the end, our mission is to build solutions for the platform to serve customers with excellence.”, says Rafael Campion, director of Matrix Energia.
Distributed Generation is one of the main bets in the offering of solutions by Matrix, and highlights the company’s capacity for expansion, its solidity and willingness to seek an ever greater share in the Brazilian market.
