A 27-year-old girl and her two-year-old daughter experienced moments of great distress in Várzea Grande, Cuiabá region, Brazil, when they were dragged by a bus. Despite the scare, both emerged physically unharmed from the incident.
According to reports, the woman was pushing her daughter’s stroller and trying to avoid a hole in the street when the accident occurred. The young woman’s father, in emotional statements, revealed: “They are both psychologically shaken. My granddaughter gets scared when she sees a car. I was scared too; I could have lost my daughter and my granddaughter. When I see the video, I cry.”
The case happened on January 7, but it only became public this week after the man reported it. The company responsible for the bus regretted what happened and informed that the driver will be subjected to defensive driving classes. At the same time, the municipality announced that it will send a team to the site to assess the situation on the road and adopt the necessary measures.
