A threesome specialized in theft of high-cost medicines he was taken by the Military Police, in the early hours of this Monday (20). The arrest occurred after attempted robbery to a pharmacy in the Vila Formosa neighborhood, located in the east zone of São Paulo. The main targets of the robberies were weight loss medicines, such as Ozempic, diabetes and migraines.
A man18 years old, and over two teenagersaged 16 and 17, broke into a pharmacy armed and took, under threat, two employees of the establishment to the stock where controlled medicines are kept. After the first act, the suspects took the suspects to the back room of the place.
Police were carrying out a patrol of the region when they saw the pharmacy open, but without the presence of attendants on site. Under suspicion, the agents entered the establishment and found the employees in the room, in addition to the suspects already surrendered on the floor.

The suspects had separated approximately 40 high-cost medications used for weight loss, as well as medicines for treating diabetes, preventing migraines and for people with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
