What you will need for a quick spread
This recipe is as easy as slap in the face, you’re done in a few minutes. Here we go. Prepare one small onion, whether you have a classic white or red onion on hand, and peel it. Then take two smaller pickles and pork ham or ham salami. If there is no ham in the fridge, you can replace it with Gothai or another salami.
Simple finish
Finely chop the three ingredients mentioned above. Add spread butter, 1 cube of melted cheese and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise. Stir and done! Now just spread it on pieces of bread, whether it’s a lid or a baguette or toasted bread. If you manage to slide a sprig of parsley on top for decoration, sandwiches with quick spread this will only improve and you can serve.
Bon appetite.

And at the end, we add some slightly educational information:
For a person who, say, inventedCzech sandwich is considered Jan Paukert. This First Republic entrepreneur owned the famous Paukert’s delicatessen and wine bar on Prague’s Národní třída.
It is an older relative of the sandwich savory. A sandwich is equal to a small coated sandwich. In the 1960s, the popularity of canapés spilled over into homes and people started making them themselves as mayonnaise became available thanks to industrial production, which was booming at the time.
A sandwich and a canapé, what’s the difference? Basically none. A sandwich is equal to a mini loaf. The word canapé is derived from English canapesas well as French canapés. And we translate this English and French word into Czech as canape.
