With Allianz full, Jão closes ‘Supertourê’ and consolidates himself as a strong name in national pop

For the third time in a year, he took to the stage at , in São Paulo, with tickets sold out. This Saturday (18), the 30-year-old singer ended “Supertourê”, which celebrates all his albums. With a megastructure and clear inspiration from Taylor Swift’s “The Eras Tour”, the show lasting more than 2 hours enchanted the audience with hits and songs from the beginning of her career. The entire show was divided into four parts following the elements of nature, as well as the singer’s albums: Earth (Wolves), Air (Anti-Hero), Water (Pirate) and Fire (Super). Jão also delivered four looks, one for each era.

Following the setlist for the opening of the tour, in January 2024, there were few surprises. In “Religião”, the song “ado b” from the album “Super”, the artist threw himself on a bed surrounded by fire and which seemed to imitate a pentagram. In the most emotional moment of the night, in “Maria”, several handwritten letters were released into the air for the fans, as well as white balloons.

The scene of the artist levitating at a surprising height remains one of the most anticipated parts of the show, even though it has already happened on other tour dates. He reaches the top of a building and makes reference to “A Última Noite”, a song from the album “Anti-Herói”, and sings on top of the structure. At this time, the singer had some problems with the audio return, but nothing that would interfere with the performance.

Jão had fun on stage, interacted on all the huge catwalks, danced alone and alongside the dancers, got emotional with the audience and sent cute messages to his family. The singer also thanked everyone who was behind the production of the show, with photos of people spread across the screen in a special tribute.

Fans were able to get emotional with hits from the beginning of their career, such as “Monstros”, “Imaturo” and “Ressaca”. The surprise was left until the end, with the artist announcing that he is already producing his fifth album. The show left nothing to be desired and Jão managed to establish himself as one of the main names in national pop.
