It will take you back to the times of the Polish People’s Republic, reminding you of sweet, melt-in-your-mouth halva, but in a healthier, dietary version.

The flavored cocktail is an ideal snack or dessert for people who want to lose weight. It will take a few minutes to prepare.

What ingredients do we need to make a halva cocktail? Here is the list:

  • 1 banana;
  • 4 dates;
  • 250 ml of plant milk;
  • 30 g pasty tahini;
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla;
  • optional: a pinch of cinnamon or a few sesame seeds.

First, we prepare the ingredients: peel the banana and cut it into smaller pieces. We also cut the dates into small pieces to make them easier to blend.

In the next step put all the ingredients into the blender and mix them for about 2 minutes until a mass with a smooth and uniform consistency is obtained.

Pour the prepared drink into tall glasses. We also recommend sprinkling it with cinnamon or sesame seeds.
