The broth is cooked with a few basic ingredients. The base for the broth is poultry meat with beef. For this you need to know Italian. It is found in the vegetable mixture carrots, parsley, celery, leek and onion. Additionally, the decoction is enriched with: nparsley.

In broth, it is important not only what we cook it with, but also what will we season it with?. The basics are of course sun. It will enhance and bring out the best flavor. For this it is necessary black peppercorns, bay leaves and allspice. In many homes it is also added lovage leafbut it has a specific taste, which is why not everyone uses it.

We start cooking the broth by preparing the meat. It cannot be frozen. A few hours before cooking, remove them from the freezer and allow them to thaw slowly and naturally. Into the pot put the defrosted meat and pour cold water over itand then start cooking over low heat.

Moreover, in this way we will replenish some of the water that evaporated during cooking.
