Bertelsmann wants to improve internal processes with ChatGPT

Bertelsmann has agreed on a strategic collaboration with OpenAI and can use its ChatGPT technology within the group. The Gütersloh-based company announced on Wednesday that together with the Microsoft partner from the USA they want to expand the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the media, services and education sectors.
