From Thursday (January 23), the cadastral departments of other district offices will start providing services. They should start working in the district of Zlaté Moravce and Nové Zámky. TASR was informed about this by the spokesman of the Ministry of the Interior (MV) Matej Neumann.
“They provide services only for the districts within their jurisdiction. Gradually, workplaces will also begin to function at other district offices, which the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic will inform about on an ongoing basis.” he added.
Since last week, operations have been resumed at the cadastre offices. The workplaces of the cadastral departments were in the past days temporarily closed due to a large-scale cyber attack from abroad. This affected the information system used by the cadastral departments of the district offices.
