For Leopoldo Jereissati, clear communication is important to resolve possible problems

The founder of All Set Comunicação, Leopoldo Jereissati, believes that collaborative leadership can make a difference in a successful enterprise. He spoke in an interview with PodSonhar on Tuesday (January 21, 2025).

For Jereissati, an effective leader knows how to delegate, trust the team and encourage active participation from everyone to achieve the best results. Furthermore, it values ​​the company’s empathy with the customer.

“Getting what they need from the customer is an interesting skill in providing services”it says. “It’s the client presenting a problem, the briefing, and you being able to solve that problem”, declared.

Jereissati recommended investing in education and seeking academic opportunities, such as internships and trainee programs, to gain practical experience.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Jereissati gained experience working in large companies, including Editora Abril and Disney. For him, the experiences were fundamental to understanding aspects of management and leadership, in addition to the importance of establishing solid professional connections.
