A delegation from UGT, led by secretary general Mário Mourão, will go to the Algarve next Thursday, January 23, at the invitation of UGT-Algarve, to participate in a series of meetings with various local entities.
The initiative will also be attended by the president of UGT, Lucinda Dâmaso, and the executive secretaries Graça Patrício and João Moreira.
The visit schedule includes, at 10 am, a reception at the Municipal Chamber of , where Mário Mourão will be received by Paulo Santos, president of the municipality, and Daniel Santana, president of UGT-Algarve. At 11:30 am, the delegation will head to Faro Hospital for a meeting with Tiago Botelho, president of the Board of Directors of the Algarve Local Health Unit.
In the afternoon, at 2:30 pm, a visit to the EB 2.3 School in Montenegro is scheduled, where they will be welcomed by the director of the School Group, David Costa, for a presentation of the Inclusion Project and a cultural moment.
Later, at 5:00 pm, the delegation will visit the new headquarters of UGT-Algarve and, at 5:30 pm, will hold a meeting with the secretariat of this district union.
