The Blue Ghost mission, which aimed to land on the Moon and began on January 15, continues in Earth orbit after the scheduled arrival date, which was March 2. While waiting for the next step, the probe has taken the opportunity to capture unique images from space.
According to Firefly Aerospace, the company responsible for the mission, Blue Ghost recorded a special moment on video: a brief solar eclipse, where the Earth passed between the probe and the Sun.
The video, now shared by Firefly Aerospace, shows the phenomenon impressively and highlights the mission’s ability to document space events while remaining in orbit.
