Sweet potato and cauliflower soup
Although this is a soup recipe, you will need to use the oven to begin with. Here, preheat to approximately 200 degrees Celsius. While the oven is heating up, pull out the tray and place 2 peppers, 3 shallots, sweet potatoes and 1 garlic clove with skin on it.
Next, take the cauliflower, divide it into small florets and sprinkle it with the spice mixture. Prepare the spice mixture from ground paprika, salt, cumin and curry powder. Place the cauliflower and the spice mixture on a baking sheet. Drizzle everything with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper, except for the already heavily seasoned cauliflower.
