This Thursday, January 23rd, another ‘Manhã CM’ aired, a CMTV program led by Ágata Rodrigues and Rui Oliveira.
During the broadcast, the two presenters welcomed commentators Liliana Oliveira and Léo Caeiro for the usual ‘Notícias dos Famosos’ section and one of the topics highlighted was Cristina Ferreira, who spoke about the ‘conditions’ for a marriage proposal.
On ‘Dois à 10’, the presenter explained that she had already had some conversations with her boyfriend João Monteiro: “I ask, I don’t ask. I already said ‘I’m not going to ask, so on the day you feel like asking’, I’ll see later. The ring could be any piece of crap. If it’s a good ring, I’m afraid to wear it or lose it. It could be something small, 50 euros is enough”mentioned ().
Given these words, Léo Caeiro gave his opinion and also ended up making an observation that was not seen well in the eyes of the presenter.“Poor thing, don’t tell me that when she buys those shoes that she advertises on ‘Cristina Talks’ for the poor things that she is also afraid of losing her shoes”said the commentator.
Ágata Rodrigues then decided to raise awareness: “Look, don’t call people who were there poor because I was there and therefore I’m not poor, okay? You don’t need to call Cristina Ferreira’s fans poor, you can say whatever you want but you don’t know the people and you can’t call them that, okay? You can’t call people fans that. Everyone is a fan of whoever they want.”he warned.
The presenter was later questioned by colleague Rui Oliveira and maintained her position: “Oh Ágata, we also have to agree that he is a commentator and he is responsible for what he says”. “No, he can say what he wants but it’s not the first time he’s calling people this and that. I feel offended because I was there.”considered Ágata Rodrigues.
