On Thursday at 8:30 p.m. the Unit will once again broadcast the Hall of Fame, where this time it will be our guest prominent opera singer Štefan Margita, life partner of the late Hanka Zagorová. He has been on the scene for more than 40 years. He dedicated his life to opera singing, thanks to which he had the opportunity to work in the most famous opera houses in the world.
Nevertheless, he remains faithful to modesty, the Slovak language and his love for one of the most famous Czech pop stars. The guests of Štefan Margita are actress Dagmar Havlová, singer Marek Ztracený and opera singer Kateřina Kněžíková. The host of the program is the actor Vladimír Kobielsky, the music of the evening is accompanied by the group Fragile, the Fragile ensemble and guests.
The opera singer recalled how he had strict women around him. For one, it was his teacher who was extremely strict. When he once came unprepared, she threw his sheet music out the window with the words to go study. Subsequently, it was his mom who said something unexpected to him after hearing him sing for the first time. “So… if you want to keep singing like that, then stop!” the singer heard from her.
