In a post on the Truth Social network, the Republican declared that businessman and lawyer skills will be important in representing the interests of the United States in the economic bloc
Last Wednesday (22), the president of the USA, named businessman and lawyer Andrew F. Puzder as the country’s next ambassador to the European Union. In 2000, Puzder was named CEO of CKE Restaurants, Inc., parent company of international restaurant chains Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s.
“During his 17-year tenure as CEO, Andy led the company out of serious financial difficulties, allowing it to survive, become financially secure, and grow,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. The president added that Puzder will do an excellent job representing U.S. interests in this important region.
