During the clash between PSV and Red Star, fans of the Serbian team decided to provoke Joey Veerman, throwing snowballs while the player was preparing for a move. However, the momentum quickly turned against them, in a true dose of “instant karma”.
Shortly after being hit by the snowballs, Veerman responded in style, providing a decisive assist that resulted in PSV’s second goal, putting the Dutch team 0-2 ahead.
