Preparing a healthy and nutritious cucumber soup is not complicated. In this recipe, it is made with vegetable broth, which will have an even better effect on our body. To prepare this tasty soup, we will need the following ingredients:
- 2 carrots,
- 1 parsley root,

- 2 tablespoons of butter,
