Tiramisu is a dessert that almost everyone knows and loves. Combination of sponge cakes, coffee, cream mascarpone and a little cocoa on top – what more could you want? Replace Mascarpone with cottage cheese

The first change is the replacement of mascarpone with cottage cheese. The curd is much less fat, but still has a similar creamy consistency that fits tiramis. The result is equally smooth and delicious, but without unnecessary calories. There is also no need for sugar, it is enough to replace it with a natural sweetener such as honey or stevia. In this way you will retain sweetness, but without guilt.

Finally, sprinkle everything with a little cocoa, which gives the tiramis not only the color but also the right taste.
