Ukraine is in the final phase of the preparation of reform for recruiting soldiers. The aim is to attract to the army of a person aged 18 to 25 years who do not apply to mobilization and thus significantly strengthen it. Announced that Commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Pavlo PalisTars writes based on AP report.

According to Palis, one of the changes is the so -called. “Affairs Treaty”, which includes financial premiums, clear training guarantees and measures to ensure dialogue between soldiers and their commanders. “We have to start an open dialogue with society … because the defense of the state is not just the duty of the armed forces. It is the obligation and commitment of every Ukrainian citizen, ” said Palisa.

Some analysts have long pointed out structural shortcomings in the Ukrainian army, including command in command or poor communication between units on the front. “(We need) adapt the structure of the logic of the modern war, which will allow us to be more efficient and prevent the same mistakes from repeatedly,” explained Palisa.

Last spring, Ukraine lowered the age limit for the profession to the army from 27 to 25, but this failed to sufficiently supplement the losses so far. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Greeding has long been against the introduction of compulsory mobilization from 18 years, with the fact that it would radically affect the future of the country after the war.

Since the beginning of the Russian invasion, the Ukrainian army has been significantly strengthened, but long -lasting struggles against Moscow aggression has left a minimum of time to strategic management, which, according to AP Ukraine, would ensure a chance of success.
