President Luiz Inácio da Silva will participate, on February 22, the event of celebration of the 45th anniversary of NO. The party will be at the Utopia Warehouse, in the city’s port area.
The event will be open to militancy, without ticket charges. About 2,000 people are expected at the event, on February 21 and 22, the previous week of Carnival. Interested parties only need to register on the party’s website.
There will be debates with national and international themes, a solidarity economy fair and cultural presentations. The icing on the cake will be the presence of Rio samba schools.
Lula will participate in the second day of celebrations. In addition to the party, there will be debates about the challenges of the party and Brazil and about COP30 – the United Nations Climate Conference.
The meeting will also discuss leftist movements from other countries, such as the Broad Front of Uruguay, the party of President-elect Yamandú Orsi and former President Pepe Mujica, and the brunette in Mexico, caption of President Claudia Sheinbaum and the former Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
