Children love sweet and maybe after such pancakes can beat up. But they also taste adults and often find them as a fixed dessert menu. Prepare pancakes at home and use buttermilk instead of milk. They will be fluffy and will surely enjoy.
What you need
Prepare half a liter of buttermilk and 2 eggs. Furthermore, 250 grams of semi -coarse flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar and salt, which is over gold.

A simple procedure
Take the buttermilk and whisk with a whisk together with eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt. Then just gradually mix the flour to avoid lumps. Prepare a pan with a piece of lard for hot, just before the first dough deposition, if you have a quality pan.
If you see that the dough burns and attaches to the pan when frying more pancakes, do not hesitate to add lard gradually. Fry until golden brown on each side. It can’t be easier anymore.
How to serve
As for the buttermilk pancakes, you will see that they will be fragrant and fluffy. If you have a larger family, a favorite way of serving is to put fried pancakes in the middle of the table and add containers with yummy like different kinds of jams, nutella, someone prefers to sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
There is also no favorite ice cream and whipped cream. In summer, when the fruit is more affordable, the sliced strawberries, but also bananas or pineapple pieces are an excellent choice.
Why is the buttermilk better than milk?
The first interesting feature is that it contains less calories than milk. It is also charged with proteins that form an indispensable substance for muscle formation. The buttermilk is the perfect source of animal protein because they contain a number of necessary amino acids, which are substances forming proteins (we also know under the name protein).
