Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui: Dance against the gravity of the culture of violence

To date, we not only have a problem of violence, but many. They show themselves in great wars or destructivity towards our natural habitats, and on a small scale as attacks against women or people who are somehow “different”. This tendency towards aggression runs down to the “culture”: staged violence as a profitable conversation in the thriller, action film or at computer games.
