Trump has explained that He has spoken with King Abdullah II of Jordan and that he also hopes to speak this Sunday with Egyptian President Abdel Fata al Sisi. “I would like Egypt to take people and I would like Jordan to take people,” Trump declared aboard the presidential plane Air Force One.
Most of Gaza’s 2.4 million inhabitants have already been displaced, some of them several times, due to the war in the Gaza Strip sparked by the attack by the Islamist movement Hamas in southern Israel on October 7, 2023.
