According to reports from the victim herself, he is a resident of Sena Madureira and was in Rio Branco to provide services to the company when he was invited by the boss to participate in the celebration. During the event, a man realized that Rodrigo was often looking at his wife, which generated a jealous crisis and a discussion between the two.
With the exalted spirits, the accused took a brick and struck Rodrigo’s head, who fell fainted and bloody. After the attack, the attacker fled the scene.
The boss, organizer of the fraternization, did not call the Military Police or the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu). He put Rodrigo in his private vehicle and took him to the Rio Branco emergency room, where the victim received medical attention, performed the necessary exams and was then released.
