He also mentions that if it weren’t for Vinicius’ crossings and the connection with Aline, he would not have considered her as a target: “If it wasn’t for what was happening between us, I would not put Aline on the wall.”
Vinicius defends himself, explaining that there was no intention to exclude Diogo or push him away: “Nothing was with the attempt to see you out of here or not to have you around. I was trying to keep everyone together, and the idea was always to get Aline. ”
He stresses that the situation was a misunderstanding and asks Diogo to rest assured: “It was a misunderstanding, and I’m at heart alone.”
