This green drink has numerous advantages – taste and health. It is a natural elixir of youth, a way to health and a slim figure, which can also be a great alternative to coffee due to the caffeine it contains.(in smaller amounts than a small black dress, but enough to stimulate you).

This infusion is distinguished by delicate, herbal and marine notes, but it is the health benefits it brings that are the greatest advantage of sencha. Brewing sencha is a ritual that requires precision. To prepare it, you need about 1 teaspoon (3 grams of tea) for every 200 ml of water. Boil the water and wait until it cools down to 70 to 80 degrees Celsius.
Don’t use too hot water, otherwise the sencha will turn bitter. Place the tea leaves in a pot, pour over them and steep for about 2 minutes. However, the exact brewing time should depend on your preferences (the longer, the more intense it will be). You can do this many times – even 2/3 times.
