This Monday (27), the president carried out a new tomography in Brasília for the medical team to assess his health after discharge
The president was released to return to travel and physical activities, states a medical bulletin released this Monday (27) by the press office of Palácio do Planalto. The president had had restrictions on his routine since the beginning of December, when he was rushed to hospital to treat an intracranial bleed and underwent two surgeries.
Lula underwent a new CT scan this Monday . The exam showed a new reduction in accumulated blood, “compatible with progressive improvement in the condition”, in the words used in the medical report. “The president was fully released to carry out his usual life routine, such as travel and physical activity”, states the document.
The medical bulletin is signed by Rafael Gadia, director of Clinical Governance at the Sírio-Libanês hospital, and Luiza Dib, clinical director. The President of the Republic is accompanied by doctors Roberto Kalil Filho and Ana Helena Germoglio, doctor for the Presidency of the Republic.
