A passenger recorded the moment lightning struck a British Airways plane at Guarulhos International Airport, in São Paulo, Brazil. The aircraft was parked and preparing for a flight to London.
The incident caused some damage to the device, but repairs were carried out successfully, allowing the flight to continue its journey. Takeoff occurred with a delay of six hours, with no reports of injuries.
