Approved list, which was initially scheduled to be released on Sunday, could not be accessed by students; students have until January 31 to perform the academic registration or registration
The dissemination of the (Sisu) result faced significant setback due to technical problems on the (MEC) platform. The list of approved, which was initially scheduled to be released on Sunday, could not be accessed by students, who came across error messages when trying to enter the site. In response to the situation, the MEC issued an official note announcing the postponement of the disclosure to the following Monday, ensuring that its technicians were working hard to solve the problem.
The situation generated a great repercussion on social networks, where many users expressed their criticism of the MEC system. In addition to criticism, the creativity of netizens also manifested themselves in the form of memes, which mocked the delay in disseminating the results. Finally, on the morning of this Monday (27), at 7am, the Sisu list was made available to the anxious candidates. Sisu is a system that selects students for public universities based on the grades obtained in (Enem).
Students who have been approved have until January 31 to carry out the academic registration or registration. For those who have not got a vacancy, there is still the possibility to express interest in participating in the waiting list, which can be accessed on the MEC website. This year, Sisu offers a total of 261,779 vacancies distributed in 6,857 undergraduate courses in 124 federal institutions throughout Brazil.
