Two other acrean employers, but who do not have properties in the state are, Hudson Primo Coelho, with address in Bahia, and João Paulo Nunes da Silva, with address in the state of Mato Grosso.

Established in 2003 by the Ministry of Labor, the so -called “dirty list” is an important tool to combat slave labor in Brazil, promoting transparency and acting on preventing this crime.

Updated each semester, the registration brings together the names of companies and people caught exploring workers in conditions analogous to slavery. In the last year alone, the country recorded a record of complaints related to this type of practice. Inclusion in the list occurs after inspection of the competent body, without the need for prior judicial conviction.
