Deputy is considered the favorite to command the House from February; dinner with Cabral and Paes this Thursday
The Federal Deputy (Republicans-PB), the Chamber of Deputies from February, attended a meeting with several politicians in a pizzeria in Higienópolis, in the city of São Paulo, on Monday (27.jan.2025).
Present at the meeting were the governor of São Paulo, (Republicans); State Security Secretary Guilherme Derrite; the mayor of São Paulo, (MDB); and PL President Valdemar Costa Neto.
Tarcisio stated that the meeting was “a way of demonstrating appreciation and support ” Motta’s candidacy – which, according to the governor, “It must be a successful candidacy. ” He stated: “It is also an opportunity to put demands, put projects, pave a way there so that we can have good discussions and bring relevant guidelines to the state of São Paulo. ”
Party presidents also attended dinner. Among them, (we can), (solidarity), (MDB), (PP) and (PSD). The Federal Deputy (PP), who is leaving the chairman of the Chamber, also attended the meeting.
“These presidents [de partido] They will play a key role in helping us. Because, for my young age, my life trajectory, and I always did politics listening, I will need to hear the most experienced so that we can make a little mistake as possible ”said Hugo Motta, quoted by the newspaper .
Lula government ministers also attended the meeting. Present were Márcio França (PSB), from entrepreneurship and microenterprise, and Silvio Costa Filho (Republicans), ports and airports. The dinner was a few days before the chamber election, scheduled for next Saturday (1st.FEV.2025).
“Often the political center is criticized because it presupposes lack of positioning. But no, in fact the absence is prejudice. If the idea is good, it doesn’t matter if it came from one side or the other ”, said Motta.
Lira spoke at the event. Said Motta “is prepared ” to take your place as mayor. “It is not here for my work or those who accompany it, but for everyone’s work ”he declared.
This Thursday (28.Jan), Motta owes a dinner in Rio de Janeiro with the state bench. The meeting will be held at the Assador restaurant, at 19h, in the carioca capital. The leader of the PP in the House, (PP-RJ), and the coordinator of the Rio de Janeiro bench, (Solidarity-RJ), organize the event.
Luizinho states that the governor of Rio de Janeiro (PL-RJ), and the mayor of the capital of Rio, (PSD-RJ), will participate. “We’ll talk about state demands”he said. According to the deputy, the entire Rio de Janeiro bench in the House goes to dinner.
