How to prepare dutch baby at home

To prepare you will need just a few basic ingredients that you probably have at home, which are 3 eggs, 120 ml of milk, 70 g of plain flour, a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of butter.

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C and insert a cast -iron or other fireproof pan into it to warm up in advance. Meanwhile, mix eggs, milk, flour, salt and sugar in a large bowl until a smooth dough is formed. Once the pan is hot, remove it from the oven, dissolve the butter and pour the dough immediately. Return the pan in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes until the pancake grows and obtains golden color.
