Journalist is shot dead in front of the house in Potim

Geraldo Gonçalves Duque’s relatives told police to unaware any reason that could put him at risk; Case is being investigated by the Aparecida Police Station

A 61 -year -old journalist was shot dead on Saturday (25) in Potim, a São Paulo city of 21,000 inhabitants in the Paraíba Valley. The criminals fled and had not been identified until Monday (27). According to police, Geraldinho, as he was known in the city, came home with his wife at night after doing work together when the crime happened. As soon as it parked the car in front of the property, Geraldo Gonçalves Duque was shot, still inside the vehicle. Surprised, the woman could not see where the shots left. The gunman fled.
