Another pardoned person, Daniel Ballo from Florida, was again detained by the police for illegal possession of the weapon.
During the road control, US police officers shot a man from Indiana, whose new US President Donald Trump pardoned for his participation in the chapter attack of 6 January 2021.
Sheriff’s representative killed 42-year-old Matthew Huttl on Sunday after “resisted” arresting during a stop in Northwest Indiana, the police said in a statement.
“There was a quarrel among the suspect and the police, as follows the cop fired from his weapon and fatally injured the suspect,” the police explained, adding that Huttle had a firearm with him.
According to the American media, Huttle was one of 1500 people accused of participating in the attack on chapters that Trump pardoned after taking office. Trump also pardoned the persons convicted for the attack on the police, which caused criticism from the Democrats and opposed the Republicans, writes AFP.
According to Fox59, Huttle was sentenced to six months of imprisonment and came to freedom last July. He also participated in the attack on the chapters of his uncle, to which the court granted a 30-month imprisonment last year after he was blamed for attacking the police.
