This is part of the attempt of US President Donald Trump to slim down US state administration.
The White House began to offer eight months severance pay on Tuesday to all federal employees willing to leave until 6 February. TASR informs on the basis of AP report.
The Circular Agency for Human Resources contains four binding Trump’s instructions for federal employees, including instructions, so that most employees return from home officers back to offices. Circular also offers candidates termination of employment with severance pay.
“If you decide not to continue in your current post for the federal government, we will thank you for the service of your country and allow you to leave the dignified and fair departure from the federal government along with the severance pay. The program starts on January 28 and all federal employees can use it by 6 February, “the e-mail says.
“If you give notice under this program, you will keep your entire wage, including all benefits, regardless of your workload until 30 September, and you will be exempt from all personally performed work duties,” adds the e-mail message.
