Have you ever regretted your parenting?

First of all – I love my children. But if I’m honest, I realize that I am probably not made for parenting. Sometimes I feel how I regret my decision for children. My life has changed completely, and often it doesn’t feel so worth living. The permanent stress, the responsibility that is not to be explained, the always necessary waiver of your own needs, my own limits, a break. Naive, but true: I hadn’t imagined it and sometimes I wish I never had children, even if I love them at the same time. My idea of parenting has mostly referred to the “family happiness” to pass on something on the request, to maintain a lifelong relationship with another person. I didn’t think of the crazy high price for it or simply didn’t understand it. I could have looked into my future, I would have decided differently. Is it still possible for someone? Does anyone feel similar? How do you deal with it? I know this is a mega taboo, but I am very concerned.
