The dinner held at a steakhouse overlooking the Sugar Loaf in the South Zone of Rio joined the names from left to right. Representatives of at least 13 parties, including PSD, PT, Republicans and were present.
From the ruling field, the Minister of Ports and Airports of the Lula government, Silvio Costa Filho (Republicans), petist deputies Lindbergh Farias and Benedita da Silva attended. Also was the former Minister of Tourism of União Brasil.

To avoid shrinkage, Fluminenses politicians asked Hugo Motta to support Luizinho’s project, which provides to maintain the number of federal deputies in Rio. In compensation, new vacancies would be created for the sub-reported state benches.
Another point addressed with the candidate was the overthrow of the vetoes to the State Debt Payment Program (Propag). The petista vetoed excerpts from the state’s debt renegotiation project, which frustrated expectations of governors such as Claudio Castro.
The third point, mainly taken by Castro, was to guide in Congress the proposal to harden the criminal legislation made by governors.
