US Air Force says the pilot was able to eject before the fall

A fighter from the United States F-35 fell in Alaska on Tuesday (28.Jan.2025). The pilot was able to eject in time and survived, according to the US authorities. Are investigating the causes of the incident.

According to the authorities, the fighter suffered “Significant damage”. The accident was near the US Air Force Base. The pilot was sent to a region hospital and is fine. Emergency teams were also triggered to the fall site.
