The CEO of Mango, Toni Ruiz, after the death of the founder Isak Andic, has been finally appointed president by the Board of Directors of Point FA, the company that owns Mango. Ruiz will maintain his position as CEO and combine it with the new functions of President, as indicated by the company in a statement. Ruiz is also mango minority shareholder, with a 5%participation. Andic’s son, Jonathan, has been appointed vice president of the Board of Directors of Point FA.
Both appointments of the Board of Directors were unanimously decided on January 23. “Mango’s commitment is confirmed and thus reinforced with the objectives set in his strategic plan 2024-2026,” says the statement about Ruiz’s appointment. On Andic’s, the company emphasizes that “confirms the trust and involvement of the Andic family in the present and future of mango.”
