The preparation of collagen lemonade will not take us much time and is relatively simple. To prepare this healthy and tasty drink, we will need:

  • 2 tablespoons of pork or beef gelatin,
  • 100 ml of hot water,
  • gas or still water,
  • 120 ml of blackcurrant juice,
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice,
  • A few slices of apple.

We dissolve gelatin in warm water, stirring thoroughly so that it can connect well with water. After cooling, we add blackcurrant juice to it. Then pour the whole into the jug and add slices of apple and add lemon juice.

We pour everything with sparkling or still water. Optionally, we can add slices of orange, pomegranate grains or fresh raspberries to our lemonadeto enrich the taste of the drink. Mint leaves will also be a good addition.
