The City of Rio Branco, through the Municipal Secretariat of Environment, is making the anti -rabies vaccine available for dogs and cats at the Ivacirene Lourenço do Carmo Family Health Unit, located in the Amazon Portal (Calafate).

The immunization team began vaccination on January 24 and will continue on site until February 14, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 12pm.
Anti -rabies vaccination is essential for pet health and population safety, preventing anger, fatal disease that can be transmitted to humans. Immunization is the most effective way to eradicate the disease and ensure the welfare of animals and its tutors.
PETs must attend the site carrying the animal vaccine wallet, if not, a card will be issued at the time of vaccination.
