Air Busan’s airplane caught today at Jimae International Airport in Busan, and 169 passengers and seven crew members were removed without losses, according to Yonhap news agency, citing authorities.
According to the news agency, a man was injured.
The fire started from the tail section of the aircraft, Yonhap said.
It has been a month since a plane from Jeju Air originating in Bangkok crashed on the Myan Airport runway as it landed with the belly, killing everyone except two of the 181 passengers (passengers and crew members).
Air Busan’s low -cost airline belongs to Asiana Airlines, which was acquired by Korean Air in December.
