For the first time in the history of Spanish democracy, a state attorney general will sit before a judge as accused. Álvaro García Ortiz is accused of a crime of revelation of secrets for filtering, allegedly, an email by Alberto González Amador, a couple of Isabel Díaz Ayuso, in which he admitted to having committed two fiscal crimes. The procedure has not been exempt from controversy, among other things, because of the way of instructing the case of Ángel Hurtado, magistrate of the Supreme who carries it.
