The Amapá Regional Electoral Court (TRE) guided the 6th, at 16h, the judgment (-AP) for alleged abuse of economic power.
The procedure investigates whether Alcolumbre used two jets of the company Saúde Link, during the campaign of 2022, without declaring in its electoral accounts.
The action, however, must be filed for lack of information provided to the court. Asked by the Court, Link Health said he did not have the list of passengers who flew at their aircraft during the investigated period.
The company also argued in the action that private planes are not subject to the documentation and passenger registration requirements established by ANAC (National Civil Aviation Agency).
“For this reason, the requested information and documents cannot be presented, since it no longer holds and/or is in possession,” the company replied.
In the process, documents from the FAB (Brazilian Air Force) were attached that show routes of the cited aircraft, between Macapá and Brasilia, as well as landing and takeoff in the Aerodrome Hangar Commanding Salomão Alcolumbre, which belongs to the senator’s family.
Alcolumbre is a favorite to win the election for the presidency of the Senate, on February 1. The Amapá parliamentarian has already chaired the house from 2019 to 2020, when he began to accumulate political influence on congress and the distribution of parliamentary amendments, especially to his state.
The investigation for the use of aircraft was opened at the request of Rayssa Furlan (MDB), a candidate defeated by alcohubre in the 2022 election. She accused the parliamentarian of using the jets, without accounting for his spending statement, and asked for the revocation of his mandate. The senator denies the opponents’ accusations.
Sought, the alcohumbre advisory did not respond whether or not the senator used the aircraft cited in the process. He only stated that the judgment date still needs to be confirmed by the court.
Health Link was responsible for executing the Mais Vision program, started in 2020 by an Amapá government agreement with the NGO Human Promotion Center Frei Samarate, known as Capuchinhos.
A publication on the state government portal states that the program received R $ 6.4 million in alcohumbre amendments. In this case, the amount indicated by the senator is intended for the public agency responsible for the execution of the action – the government of Amapá.
On the same page, there is also a photo of the senator with the then governor Waldez Góes, ally of the parliamentary and current Minister of Integration and Regional Development of the Lula Government (PT).
On his official website, the senator calls himself the creator of Mais Vision, with records of his visit to a service station in the municipality of Tartarugalzinho (AP). The program was also explored in its campaign material in 2022.
The company and the state government did not respond to the contacts of the Sheetmade by email and by phone.
In the process, the defense of health link also stated that the requirement of an impossible evidence to be produced, because it does not exist, “removes any possibility of liability or even conviction for the crime of disobedience of a court order.”
