Lula and the presidents of the financial institutions discussed a new credit model that will be based, which will be used for the workers of and domestic registered on the platform.
The group in which the comments were made brings together presidents, leaders and other members of Força Sindical, UGT (General Workers’ Union), CSB (Central of Brazilian Unions), CTB (Central of Workers of Brazil, CUT (Central Single of Workers) and NCST (New Workers’ Union Center).
Criticism occurs in a context of the president’s fall of popularity, including the Northeast, and after successive government crises for communication failures.
Antonio Neto, president of CSB, complained about the meeting and wrote that while the government calls “a banker to talk about a minimum wage, meal voucher, payroll loan and labor law, popularity will only continue falling …”
Earlier, a leader from another central said that, “in the president’s cuisine, the menu is closed: the trade union movement only comes in to wash the dishes.”
In another demonstration, two group members said the government wants the support of the centrals, but excludes representatives of the unions of important discussion.
