The president said that “if he has a person in the government who is not attending, management changes.” The speech was made in a press conference with journalists at Planalto Palace on Thursday (30). Ministerial reform is expected to be held in the first level of the government in the first half of this year. The first exchange has already been made at the Presidency Secretariat of Social Communication, with the departure of Paulo Pimenta and the entry of Sidônio Palmeira. Lula also said he does not want to discuss the 2026 presidential election, but then highlighted his willingness to participate in the election, despite his age. “I honestly don’t want to discuss 2026, I just want to tell you that I am very joint. I’m 79 years old but I have my 30 -year -old energy.
