Workers of the Judiciary released a letter to the minister, president of (Supreme Court), with complaints about the unequal treatment received in salary demands, while magistrates have increasing advantages.
“While we observe the judiciary accumulating benefits and large funds in administrative sessions, the servers, which are the foundation of the judiciary, face increasing challenges, such as work overload and the lag of essential rights and benefits,” says the Letter, signed by the National Federation of Workers and Workers of the Federal Judiciary and the Public Prosecution Service of the Union (Fenajufe).
The entity says it has sought dialogue about its demands, but complains that “the lack of effective answers to the main claims of the category has caused huge dissatisfaction.”
The letter from servers list between the most urgent points improvement in remuneration and reduction of internal salary inequalities, payment of health allowance in the same way as the magistrates and transport compensation to analysts, among others.
The servers also say that “in the absence of significant advances,” announce the organization of a calendar of claims from February 7.
