MOOVE, a partner company by Uber, announced the acquisition of the Brazilian startup Kovi, which offers vehicle rental plans. With the acquisition, the company now incorporates Kovi’s Internet of Things Software (IoT) and an algorithm that monitors the behavior of partner drivers.
