New Tune Athletics Track combines sports and sustainability

Located next to the Tunesportivo Sports, the new sports infrastructure occupies an area of 2,650 square meters and integrates four distinct zones, designed to practice various modalities. These include the speed running track, an area intended for jumps, an industry to launch the launch with launch track and a cage for throwing the album, hammer and weight.

The creation of this track reinforces the commitment of the promotion of sport, expanding the existing valences in the polydesportivo, inaugurated two years ago. The space aims to foster the practice of physical exercise and active life habits in the community, as well as to respond to the needs of athletes and local sports associations, which have a strong presence in the parish of Tunes.

Environmental sustainability was a central concern in the development of this project, and the municipality implemented a solar -powered lighting system, ensuring greater energy efficiency and respect for the environment.
